Tonight I made chicken katsu for the gang. It's so nice to be able to use our front yard as a hangout zone. Dom and Casie have really innovated on family dinner by so consistently bringing good additions (tonight perfect sushi rice, a yummy salad, and homemade ube cheese cake). Thank you both!
